A decade back, my x employer said, “Hamid, keep the ethics away from business”. The words were alarming for me and eventually, I decided to start the entrepreneurial journey where the base would be to keep the HUMAN first, ETHICS first in business. In the past 10 years of my journey, I had to take harsh decisions, even sometimes getting angry with my loved ones, and close ones, to keep justice, equality, and ethics across my business relationship and leadership.
I can’t say I was 100% as I am still a student and learning ethics but the efforts brought tremendous trust across my stakeholders, and they shared even the most sensitive info with me, including clients, who were sitting seven seas far, but even trusting me to share their banking handles as they would know there won’t be any intentional breach and comfortable in dealing. They would feel comfortable doing more business, and more transactions because ethics builds trust.
Eventually, after a decade of the entrepreneurial journey, I witnessed weaknesses around the community and decided to engage myself in community work as much as possible while taking care of regular business to address this most alarming and sensitive topic of society which was taking away the trust as a whole for the nation as many contributing negatively.
Thus, the best people from society, the SCHOLARs were requested to get engaged and share the ILM, the light across, and Alhamdulillah, I felt like they were waiting for this to happen and business communities were waiting for someone to address and mentor. It happened and I would like to thank you all who supported the launch of Ethical Pro. Especially,
